TrestleTree is a leading national health transformation company who has been partnered with SIHO Insurance Services to offer onsite and telephonic health coaching for SIHO Insurance Services employees and family members and those of SIHO Insurance Services’ clients. We are hiring a full-time RN or RD to be part of this influential program to help individuals transform their health. We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and energetic RN or RD who is committed to helping people improve their health. No experience in health coaching is required, as we provide intensive training that equips you to effectively work with individuals to change their health behaviors, and we have a culture of continued learning. We are looking for an experienced RN or RD who has excellent oral and written communication skills, is flexible, has excellent computer skills, and is an active learner. Experience working with a diverse population and a broad knowledge base of medical conditions is required. TrestleTree Health Coaches provide ongoing, scheduled appointments onsite at SIHO Insurance Services and via telephone for weight management, nutrition, exercise and stress. Health Coaches also work closely with TrestleTree and the SIHO Insurance Services Benefits teams to initiate, host and/or support wellness seminars, enrollment activities, departmental meetings, presentations, program development and enhancements, etc. TrestleTree health coaching is more than just giving advice. TrestleTree Health Coaches connect with individuals to build relationships of trust and help them develop an individualized plan for improved health within the unique context of their health and life story. You will have an opportunity to positively influence the health, life and overall well-being of SIHO Insurance Services employees and family members and those of their clients. To be considered for this position, candidates must currently reside near Columbus, be an RN or RD, have current licensure in Indiana, and have excellent (above average) skills on the computer. The start date for this position will be determined once a candidate is hired, and we are looking to hire as soon as possible and start training in February. Five weeks of remote video training will be conducted upon hire. This is a full-time position (i.e., 40 hours per week), and we are not considering part-time candidates. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, eight hours per day with a set schedule. This position will be onsite 3-4 days per week and work from home the other day(s), with one work from home shift being until 9pm. Candidates must also have excellent internet connectivity and a private work-from-home environment that is free from distractions and noise.
