What are the key responsibilities?
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients during admission and every shift, identifying any changes in their condition.
• Perform medical procedures, administer medications, and monitor patient responses, ensuring diligent documentation of care.
• Provide top-notch care by responding promptly to patient needs and proactively addressing concerns.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and aftercare, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Qualifications:
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Registered Nurse Diploma.
