Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and flexible Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing outpatient psychiatry practice. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for professional growth, specialized training, and long-term career development. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced yet supportive outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities • Monitor patients during Spravato (esketamine) treatment sessions • Administer TMS treatments and perform recurrent TMS sessions • Administer IM injections as needed per provider orders • Monitor patient vitals and overall safety during treatment • Provide compassionate, professional patient care and education • Maintain accurate clinical documentation • Cross-train to assist front desk operations as needed, including: • Patient check-in and check-out • Collecting copays and deductibles • Scheduling and managing appointments using Availity • General administrative and front-desk support Schedule & Flexibility • Current clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM • We are expanding and seeking candidates open to flexible scheduling, including: • Extended weekday hours (up to 9:00 PM in the future) • Possible weekend hours (Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) • Some extended or weekend hours may be telehealth-based • Flexibility is essential as the clinic continues to grow Training & Professional Development We invest in our employees and your future: • TMS NBS-6 Training & Certification provided • Spravato REMS Certification provided • Ongoing support for professional and personal growth Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida • Outpatient, psychiatric, or infusion experience preferred (but not required) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Comfortable working with technology and EMR systems • Willingness to cross-train and support multiple clinic functions • Professional, patient-focused, and team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits • Hourly Pay: $24–$27 per hour (based on experience) • Employment Type: Full-Time • Benefits after 90 days: • Medical insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • 401(k) eligibility after 1 year of employment Why Join NeuroHealth Treatment Centers? • Beautiful, high-end clinic with advanced technology and treatment rooms • Friendly, supportive team environment • Approachable and caring owners and management • Meaningful work that truly changes patients’ lives • A company that invests in you, your training, and your career growth Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
