About The Role
The Overnight RN provides clinical oversight and direct nursing care during overnight hours, supporting client safety, withdrawal monitoring, and medication management in a residential behavioral health setting.
What You’ll Do
• Provide direct nursing care during overnight hours
• Conduct nursing assessments for admissions as needed
• Administer medications and ensure accurate documentation
• Monitor COWS / CIWA protocols and client stability
• Respond to medical or behavioral concerns and emergencies
• Communicate with on-call providers and leadership
• Support and guide LPNs during overnight operations
• Maintain medication security, supplies, and equipment
• Complete required documentation and trainings
What We’re Looking For
Required
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
• CPR/BLS and First Aid certification
Preferred
• Behavioral health or substance use treatment experience
• Strong independent decision-making and crisis response skills
