Job Details Our Medical Unit RN will:Assess, monitor, administer medication, document progress, and overall management of care for the Medical-Surgical patient populationPartner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support, and education.What you'll bring:Passion for Medical-Surgical Nursing 1+ Years of RN experience working in Med-Surg preferredNew Graduate Registered Nurses are welcome Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing requiredBachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree strongly preferred (must complete degree within 5 years of hire date)Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & RegistrationCertification: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.Other requirements: Must be computer literate. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
