Job Overview As a Registered Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care to patients and their families, collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure outstanding patient care. Key Responsibilities • Deliver general nursing care to patients, administering medications and treatments in line with nursing best practices. • Prepare equipment and assist medical providers during procedures, examinations, and patient testing. • Observe, document, and report patient conditions and reactions to treatments and medications. • Coordinate appointment scheduling and prioritize care for patients in emergency situations. • Welcome patients and conduct nursing assessments, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs, while documenting findings accurately. • Respond promptly to patient inquiries and relay necessary information from the physician. • Educate patients and their families about diagnosis, medications, nutrition, and health maintenance. • Address patient care issues and complaints with effective solutions. • Maintain cleanliness and supply levels in exam rooms, preparing supply lists as needed. • Ensure proper labeling of pathology specimens and adhere to lab protocols.
