```html RN – Behavioral Health Facility & Unit • Unit/Department: Mixed MS/Tele and Intermediate Care Schedule & Contract • Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts • Hours/Week: 36 • Contract Length: 13 weeks • Weekends: Every other weekend • Call: None Requirements • Current and unrestricted RN license in the applicable state • Minimum 1+ year experience • BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications required Compliance & Submission • Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. • RTO must be submitted at upload (max 7 days) Dress Code • Scrub Color: Navy Blue ShiftShield – Powered by TLC Nursing ShiftShield is TLC Nursing’s placement guarantee program. • Rapid placement into your next assignment, or • Up to 4 weeks of income protection between assignments • Requires an active Compact RN or Allied license ```
