Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Health Location: Augusta Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Patient: 1-year-old pediatric client Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 1-year-old pediatric patient in the home setting. This is a consistent weekday day-shift case ideal for a detail-oriented nurse with strong pediatric and infusion experience. Patient Care Requirements: • G-tube feeds and flushes • Medication administration • Range of motion exercises • Broviac catheter care • TPN administration (required experience) • Bed baths only (no immersion bathing due to central line) Responsibilities: • Deliver safe, high-quality skilled nursing care in the home • Closely monitor patient status and respond to changes appropriately • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation • Follow all infection control and central line safety protocols • Communicate effectively with clinical supervisors and care team • Provide compassionate, family-centered pediatric care Qualifications: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia • Pediatric nursing experience required • TPN and central line (Broviac) experience required • Experience with G-tube care and medication administration • Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment • Home health experience preferred, but not required Why This Position: • Stable, full-time weekday schedule (no nights or weekends) • One-on-one pediatric care • Supportive clinical team • Meaningful work caring for a medically fragile child Apply Today: Qualified RNs are encouraged to apply.
