In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care to infants, children, and adolescents in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for pediatric patients. • Perform triage and prioritize care based on patient condition. • Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in patient status. • Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments. • Assist with procedures, trauma care, and resuscitation efforts. • Provide age-appropriate care to infants, children, and adolescents. • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions. • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation. • Ensure a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment.
