About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be essential in maintaining the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your role includes assessing patient conditions, crafting and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies according to prescriptions.
• Monitor and accurately record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Provide wound care and perform other necessary nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Supervise and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to deliver high-quality care.
