Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem – Flexible Schedule – Home Health in Langhorne, PA

Penndel Home Health & Nursing Services (a subsidiary of Josinia Senior Home Care) is a growing Skilled Home Health agency seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home visits to our homebound patients. This is a Per Diem position offering maximum flexibility — work as much or as little as you’d like based on your availability. Position Overview Our RNs provide skilled nursing visits to homebound patients in accordance with physician orders. Visit frequency varies based on patient needs and may include: • 1 visit per week • 2 visits per week • 3 visits per week We value clinicians who are organized, reliable, and committed to high-quality patient care and timely documentation. Compensation • Start of Care (SOC): $120.00 flat rate (must have Oasis experience) • Revisit: $65.00 per visit • Discharge Visit: $75.00 flat rate Competitive per-visit structure with scheduling flexibility. Responsibilities • Perform skilled nursing assessments and interventions in patient homes • Follow physician orders and individualized care plans • Complete accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Medicare guidelines • Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Requirements • Active Penna.
