Job description: Registered Nurse (RN) – Korean Bilingual Preferred (Personal Care Services) Competitive Pay Rates Evergreen Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to support and supervise Personal Care services delivered to clients in their homes. Korean bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Qualifications of the Registered Nurse (RN): • Valid and active RN license in the state of practice. • Minimum of 6 months of hands-on nursing experience. • Experience with personal care or home-based services (preferred). • Current CPR certification. • Must be willing to travel locally for in-home client visits. • Korean bilingual preferred. Responsibilities of the Personal Care RN: • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients receiving personal care services. • Develop individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and family members. • Supervise and provide clinical guidance to Personal Care Aides (PCAs). • Perform periodic reassessments in compliance with Medicaid/insurance regulations. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the system of record. • Promote health, safety, and quality of care in the home setting.
