Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) – Golden Valley, MN Parkinson’s Specialty Care (PSC) PSC is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN to support our Golden Valley assisted living home. This role oversees care for 6 residents and provides leadership to our caregiving team. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily clinical care for residents • Lead, coach, and support caregiving staff • Assist with staff conflict resolution • Ensure proper documentation and compliance • Perform assessments and wound care (preferred) • Communicate with families and healthcare providers Qualifications • Minnesota RN license required • Experience in assisted living, memory care, or group homes • Strong staff management and leadership skills • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Why Join PSC? • Supportive, team-based work environment • Small-home setting with meaningful resident connections If interested, please apply through Indeed.
