What You'll Do:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be central to ensuring the health and comfort of our residents. Your role includes assessing patient conditions, creating and executing customized care plans, administering medications, and working closely with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as per physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health information.
• Provide wound care and various nursing interventions as required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care delivery.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in providing excellent care.
