Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - PreOp/PACU Registered Nurse (RN) – Pre/PACU 700 N. Westhaven Drive, Oshkosh, WI 54904 Sign on bonus for eligible candidates up to $2,500 Where You Will Work Pre/Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (Pre/PACU) is where collaboration isn’t just a buzzword—it’s how we work every day. Our unit is built on strong teamwork, consistent communication with providers, and the flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing surgery schedule. With 12 Pre-op rooms, 11 PACU bays, and 4 Phase 2 rooms, you’ll experience variety and challenge while working alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses, PACU Techs, and HUCs. Here, everyone is cross‑trained and empowered to take on multiple roles, ensuring seamless patient care from start to finish. We’re Looking For • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association • ACLS required by completion of orientation. • PALS required within 6 months of hire. • Inpatient critical care RN experience preferred. What You’ll Do • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
