Registered Nurse (RN) PRN in Philadelphia, PA

Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team on a Per Diem. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans • Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely • Assess residents’ conditions and report changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs during assigned shift • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards • Document care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members • Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings • Respond to emergencies and provide clinical leadership during the shift Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing • Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Commitment to resident-centered care Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in a nursing home or rehabilitation setting • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) • Experience supervising nursing staff Schedule & Benefits • Per Diem • Competitive pay rate based on experience and shift differential. • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, etc.) • Supportive leadership and team environment • Opportunities for professional growth, continuing education, and additional perks.
