Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift: PRN, Days, 6:45am-7:15pm

As a Charge Nurse, RN, you are responsible for leading and supporting nursing staff in the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compliant patient care. This role includes clinical mentorship, documentation oversight, and coordination of staff assignments based on patient needs.
How you'll contribute
• Accurately performs patient assessments and identified patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge.
• Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Works cooperatively and actively participates with other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications and requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. BSN Preferred.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
• CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
• CRRN Preferred
• Minimum of two years in a rehabilitative or acute care setting, with demonstrated leadership ability.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
