Key Responsibilities:
• Gather comprehensive data regarding patients' health needs.
• Advocate for patients within the interdisciplinary team.
• Apply clinical judgment in delivering safe and effective patient care.
• Monitor critical vital signs for timely interventions.
• Educate patients and families on medications and treatments, offering support throughout their healthcare journey.

Requirements:
• Active Florida RN license or valid multistate RN license.
• BLS-AHA Provider card required within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred: 1+ years of RN experience in an acute care setting and a BSN.

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is a 404-bed tertiary facility, accredited by the Joint Commission, and serves as a Level II Trauma Center. We are a teaching hospital in collaboration with UCF College of Medicine, located conveniently in Kissimmee, close to Orlando and surrounding areas.
