Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Monitor and record vital signs and medical information to ensure optimal patient care.
• Provide wound care and nursing interventions as needed to support recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care that addresses all aspects of resident well-being.
• Guide and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in providing exceptional care.
