(1,000/hour anniversary year position/ not benefit eligible) • Rewarding Weekend Program (PRN): $54.87-$58.23/hr every Saturday & Sunday, with 8-hour shifts and holiday requirements. • Ask us about our Sign-on Bonus for FT & RPT! • Rates are Fixed Compensation Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities: • Provide resident care activities to residents who reside in the County of Lehigh skilled nursing facilities. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and ensure proper documentation. • Develop individualized care plans in conjunction with other healthcare personnel. • Update medical providers and residents' representatives with changes in status and care needs and document in residents' record. • Coordinate care with residents and their families. • Oversee the performance of nurse aides and support staff. • Help bring joy to the residents in the healthcare environment.
