Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN to join our nursing team in ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior age assisted living/memory care residents are met at our Champlin, MN location. Supported by a Director of Health Services Nurse, Executive Director, Triage RN, Resident assistants/Medication Passers, culinary, housekeeping, social work, and more. Nurse schedule includes; • 64 hours per pay period • evening shift • every third weekend and holiday rotation • $1/hr evening shift differential Responsibilities: • Implements new and updates current resident care plan • Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed • Handles and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administration • Acts as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled times • Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff Required: • * Current MN RN license or by start date • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers Preferred: • * Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems • Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN • Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers • Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population Benefit Overview Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
