Registered Nurse (RN) - Radiology Care Unit

Casual position - commitment to (2) shifts in a 4-week schedule

Shifts are 8-hour, 10-hour and/or 12-hour shifts

Trained for On-call

Weekend & Holiday commitment per department guidelines

The scope of services on the Radiology Care Unit (RCU) encompasses a variety of diagnoses/ testing including, but not limited to, paracentesis, CT guided biopsies, Fluoro guided LP/myelograms, US guided biopsies, CT guided drain placement including monitoring and recovery of general anesthesia and moderate sedation.

Requirements:
• BSN required; or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire
• BLS and ACLS required
• At least two years of experience in acute care (prefer Critical Care, Stepdown, ED or PACU areas) required
• PALS preferred – must get within 6 months
• IV Certified preferred
• Moderate sedation experience preferred
• Current nursing licensure in the State of Delaware of compact state required

Flat Rate $40.00/hrThis pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
