What Youll Do:
• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents
• Support residents in achieving and maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
• Perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, and monitor outcomes
• Collaborate with residents, families, and care teams to ensure personalized care
• Uphold safety standards and clinical best practices
What Youll Need:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license
• Long-term care experience is helpful but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
