Core Responsibilities • Clinical Leadership: Act as a primary point of contact for residents and families, ensuring the highest standards of 5-star care are met. • Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and clinical-grade documentation of assessments and interventions. • Order Oversight: Efficiently transcribe physician orders to MARs and oversee the pharmacy notification process for new or adjusted treatments. • Medication Administration: Safely prepare and administer medications and complex treatments as ordered by physicians. • Unit Management: Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes resident safety and dignity. • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Nursing and therapy teams to update and implement individualized resident care plans. Qualifications • Licensure: Must possess an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin. • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Experience: Previous long-term care or sub-acute experience is preferred, but we welcome dedicated nurses who are passionate about geriatric care. • Integrity: A commitment to maintaining the 5-star quality standards that our community expects.
