Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Legacy Personnel, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for a premium per diem engagement at the Hi-Desert Continuing Care Center in Joshua Tree, CA.

Position Overview
• Location: Hi-Desert Continuing Care Center – Joshua Tree, CA
• Rate: $64.00 per hour
• Schedule: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Commitment: 36 hours per week; 13-week minimum assignment
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide high-level nursing care to residents within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment, ensuring clinical excellence and patient safety.
• Clinical Management: Assess patient health problems and needs; develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans.
• Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Leadership: Oversee LVNs and CNAs to ensure high standards of care and efficient shift operations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed reports and electronic health records (EHR) regarding patient status and interventions.
• Wound Care & Monitoring: Monitor vital signs, manage complex dressings, and provide post-acute recovery support.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of RN experience specifically in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Licensure: Active California RN State License.
• Certifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ARRT certification.
• Documentation: * Valid Driver’s License or State ID.
• Up-to-date MMR, TDAP, and COVID-19 vaccination records.
• Professional Resume and Application.
• Technical: Active CT Tech State License.
