Qualifications • Connecticut RN License • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association • Strong team player skills • Compassionate approach to caring for older adults • New graduates are welcome! One year of experience is required to achieve competence, evaluated at 6 months to assess progress.
