Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Sherwood Oaks
Cranberry Township, PA
Casual, Non-exempt
Starting Pay: $31.50/hour - $38.50/hour; Depending on experience

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the clinical and administrative needs of the neighborhood (unit). Coordinates and supports the individualized plan of care for community residents. Implements nursing goals through assessment, planning, organizing, and evaluating nursing interventions. Supervises, provides leadership and direction to, community team members to ensure quality of care and services are provided.

Requirements for the Registered Nurse (RN):
• Hold a valid, current RN License in good standing.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
