Parkview Healthcare is actively hiring an RN Night Shift Supervisor to provide clinical oversight, leadership, and operational support during the night shift. The RN Night Shift Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining care quality, staff performance, and regulatory compliance. As an RN Night Shift Supervisor, you will serve as a clinical leader and escalation point while supporting nursing operations overnight. Key Responsibilities • Provide clinical supervision as the RN Night Shift Supervisor across assigned night shift units • Support nursing staff with clinical guidance, problem-solving, and decision-making • Monitor resident care and intervene when clinical concerns arise • Address staffing, workflow, and operational issues in real time • Ensure documentation, policies, and clinical standards are followed • Communicate shift updates and concerns to nursing leadership Qualifications • Current state nursing license required • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Schedule and Employment Type • Night Shift Hours: 11pm - 7am • Full-time opportunities available • Part-time schedules may be considered based on facility needs Benefits Health insurance, Dental and Vision insurance, Paid Time Off, Employee Assistance Program, Life Insurance.
