At Mystic Healthcare, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional, resident-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment. If you have strong leadership and clinical skills and enjoy guiding a care team, we invite you to apply.

• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance — including resident records, care plans, incident reports, regulatory compliance paperwork, and shift handoffs.
• Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges as assigned; coordinate with appropriate departments to ensure smooth transitions of care.
• Provide direct nursing care when necessary (medications, treatments, IVs, specimen collection, etc.), especially during staffing shortages or emergencies.
• Mentor and support assigned staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), provide guidance, and act as point of contact for staff and resident/family issues.
• Ensure unit compliance with facility policies, state/federal regulations, safety and infection-control standards.
