Coral Springs Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Wilmington, DE is currently hiring for an Every Weekend 7p-7a RN Nurse Supervisor.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.
• The RN Supervisor regularly rounds on nursing units.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor provides support and direction for nurses.
• The RN Supervisor assures complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.
• The RN Supervisor responds to, assist with and document facility emergencies.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor facilitates communication between shift staff and unit managers/DON/ADON.
