Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgical Unit (MedSurg). This is a Full-Time – Night Shift opportunity with long-term potential, located in Austell, Georgia (Onsite). Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process • Practice evidence-based clinical care with strong analytical and critical thinking • Coordinate care through effective interdisciplinary collaboration • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation • Partner with patients and families through education and clear communication • Practice in accordance with the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics, and organizational policies • Participate in shared governance, performance improvement, and quality initiatives • Support continuity of care across the acute care continuum • Complete all required competencies, education, and unit-based training • Serve as a preceptor or mentor as needed Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Key Skills : Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact) • BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) • Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical/acute care environment • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills • Strong patient advocacy and customer service orientation • Proficiency with clinical technology and documentation systems • Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred • Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire): • Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact) • BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) • Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience • Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment • Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct • Ability to work night shift (for this specific role) Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry , and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar fulltime positions.
