Registered Nurse (RN) - SWAT/Float in Penn Wynne, PA

The SWAT RN rounds on units and connects with charge nurses and new RNs daily. Campus specific coverage for weekend infusions/ endo support. Responds to all RRT’s and Codes. Provides trauma support as applicable. Identifies any issues that may be underlying and brings to managers/leaders. Offers just in time education and support to clinical team members while maintaining open communication to unit and hospital leadership • Develop and Grow Your Career! Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Administration - SWAT/Float Shift: 36 hrs per week, Nights (7pm-7:30am); Weekend rotation required. Experience: One year of recent ICU Nurse experience required. Education: 1. RN Diploma, ASN required. 2. BSN preferred. Licensures/Certifications: 1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact. 2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
