Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry (Tele CWR) Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Assignment Type: Contract Schedule: 3 × 12-Hour Shifts Hours per Week: 36 Shift: Day Shift Location: Bricktown, New Jersey Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry is responsible for providing safe, patient-centered nursing care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The RN plans, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans based on patient needs, clinical priorities, and evidence-based practice standards. Key Responsibilities • Assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs and acuity • Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care through initial and ongoing assessments • Initiate assessments based on patient conditions, physician diagnoses, and functional health frameworks • Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage overall patient care • Document care in accordance with professional nursing standards and clinical priorities • Advocate for evidence-based practice and support innovations in care delivery • Deliver patient-centric care aligned with the professional nursing practice model • Perform additional duties as assigned Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry experience • Strong knowledge of cardiac medications and non-titratable drips • Experience with EPIC electronic medical records • Proficiency with ALARIS infusion pumps • Ability to manage high patient volumes, including frequent admissions and discharges • Strong time management and organizational skills Education Requirements Required: • Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing Preferred: • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Licensure & Certifications Required: • Active New Jersey RN license or Multi-State Compact RN license • BLS (AHA) • ACLS • NIHSS • Telemetry Certification or Telemetry Competency Exam • Tele Certification • CEU: 4 Contact Hours in Stroke Education For more details reach at sthakur@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 732 791 4807 - EXT 4807.
