Facility: GSS ND Park River Location: Park River, ND Address: 301 Co Rd 12B, Park River, ND 58270, USA Shift: Varies Job Schedule: PRN Weekly Hours: Varies Salary Range: $32 - $48 Benefits and Position Requirements • Support multiple locations within 150 miles of permanent address • Mileage reimbursement provided • Premium Pay Rates: • Additional $5/hour premium on all hours worked • $1.25/hour weekend shift differential • $1.25/hour evening/night shift differential (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) • Experience Requirements: • Long Term Care Experience (3 months required, 6 months preferred) • Scheduling Requirements: • Minimum of 30 hours per month • One weekend shift per month Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a pivotal role in utilizing the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized nursing care to residents. You will collaborate closely with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team members, including healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care planning and evaluation. The role encompasses: • Providing care in all aspects of preventive health, maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment • Coordinating care assessments and resident education • Delegating nursing tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel according to their skills and the residents' needs Adhering to the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses is essential in maintaining high-quality nursing care and professional conduct.
