What You'll Do: • Oversee day-to-day activities of the 24-bed Rehabilitation Unit, managing nurses and certified nursing assistants to ensure high-quality resident care. • Assume full responsibility for residents’ nursing care, monitor conditions, follow physician orders, and apply recognized nursing techniques and standards. • Recognize and report changes in residents’ conditions, initiate or assist with interventions, and maintain a safe, supportive environment. • Instruct nursing staff on policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to administrative and clinical standards. • Monitor trends in nursing practices, evaluate their applicability, and implement improvements to enhance care quality.
