Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Concord Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare | Brooklyn, NY Concord Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations and nursing staff on an assigned unit. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care. Responsibilities: • Supervise clinical and administrative operations of the assigned unit • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of care • Mentor and support nursing staff with clinical guidance and development • Monitor resident care, documentation, and quality outcomes • Review resident records and individualized care plans • Address resident and family concerns professionally • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams • Serve as liaison between unit staff and facility leadership • Support quality improvement and regulatory readiness Qualifications: • Active NYS RN license required • 3+ years long-term care experience preferred • 2+ years Charge Nurse experience preferred • Strong leadership and clinical judgment • Proficient with electronic documentation and basic computer systems • Excellent communication skills About Us: Founded in 1975, the Concord Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a modern, fully equipped, skilled nursing facility offering a full range of medical, social, and rehabilitation services. The facility features 140 beds, including 17 vent-certified beds. The residents live in attractively furnished private and semi-private rooms.
