Job Description

Greater Living Home Care is a state-approved, private-in home care provider offering Medicaid approved skilled and unskilled nursing care through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP). We are seeking an RN to work with a pediatric patient at home for hours 8+ hours per week(might vary). Looking for someone with a somewhat flexible scheduling but must be consistent. These opportunities are located in Guyton, GA, Sylvania, GA and Springfield, GA .

Greater Living Home Care is looking for an RN. Some of the responsibilities may include the following:
• G-Tube Care
• Seizure Monitoring and Documentation
• Regularly assessing client's nursing needs and completing progress monitoring notes
• Taking vital signs
• Assisting clients with activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, etc.
• Medication monitoring and administration
• Managing client records
• Communicating with clients' family and caregivers to provide nursing advice and strategies as needed

Requirements:
• The ability to communicate and write effectively
• A positive, empathetic attitude
• Current BLS
• Negative TB Test
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable Transportation
• RN License
• Pass National Background Check

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
