As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will:
• Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care and health education for our nursing home residents.
• Supervise care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
• Deliver safe and accurate medication-related interventions.
• Assess resident health and promptly notify physicians of any changes.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Contribute to guest assessments and care plan development.

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
• CPR certification.
