Key Responsibilities: • Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered cardiac telemetry nursing care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care • Monitor cardiac telemetry, recognize changes in patient condition, and escalate care appropriately • Coordinate and document patient care through effective interdisciplinary collaboration • Partner with patients and families to support education, communication, and shared decision-making • Practice in accordance with professional nursing standards, scope of practice, ethics, and regulatory requirements • Promote teamwork, respectful communication, and an inclusive clinical environment • Participate in quality improvement, performance improvement, and shared governance activities • Support evidence-based practice, nursing research, and data-driven clinical decision-making • Complete required competencies, mandatory education, and population-specific training • Support efficient and effective use of human and material resources across the care continuum Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Skills-Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact) • BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent) • Strong cardiac assessment, telemetry monitoring, and clinical judgment skills • Ability to deliver individualized, patient-centered care in an acute care / telemetry environment • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary healthcare teams • Knowledge of evidence-based practice, patient safety, and quality standards • Professionalism, accountability, and strong patient advocacy • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment • Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred • Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact • BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) • Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience • Ability to work night shift (for this specific role) • Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment • Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar Full time positions.
