Your Responsibilities : • Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents at Maple Crest Health Center. • Assist residents in achieving their highest physical, mental, and social well-being. • Perform resident assessments and contribute to care planning and evaluations. • Implement and monitor individualized nursing interventions based on care plans. • Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop tailored care strategies. Qualifications : • Current NE RN License. • Graduate of an accredited nursing program. • Experience in long-term care is a plus, but not required. • New graduates are encouraged to apply! • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize are essential. • Proficient in understanding, reading, writing, and speaking English.
