Your Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents at Maple Crest Health Center.
• Assist residents in achieving their maximum physical, mental, and social well-being.
• Conduct assessments and contribute to care planning and evaluations.
• Implement and oversee nursing interventions based on personalized care plans.
• Work closely with residents, families, and staff to create tailored care strategies.
What You Need to Succeed:
• Valid NE RN License.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Long-Term Care experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Strong critical thinking, independent judgment, and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in understanding, reading, writing, and speaking English.
