Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse, you will plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, services, and health education for our nursing home guests.
• Supervise the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members
• Administer safe and accurate medication interventions
• Assess guest health and promptly communicate changes to the physician
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize or prevent complications in guests
• Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and care plan development
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred, but strong new graduates are welcome to apply
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in your state
• CPR certification
