Registered Nurse (RN) – Wound Care TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate RN – Wound Care to provide specialized nursing care focused on wound assessment, treatment, and prevention to improve patient outcomes. Job Responsibilities Perform thorough wound assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer wound care treatments, including dressing changes, debridement, and advanced therapies. Monitor wound healing progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound care management and prevention strategies. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of wound status and interventions. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols. Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to wound care. Qualifications Current RN licensure in the practicing state. Wound Care Certification (WCC) preferred or willingness to obtain. Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience, preferably in wound care or related field.
