Unicity by Elder Care Homecare is a Concierge Home Care business, looking for compassionate RN in New Jersey. The roles consist of Per Diem Nurses to care for seniors in private homes, as well as apartments, assisted living facilities and nursing homes. • *Immediate need. Can start ASAP Shifts Available: • Day Shift - 8a-8p Requirements • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey and registered in the Division of Consumer Affairs • Minimum 6 months of nursing experience in a similar setting (e.g., hospital, clinic) • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment SKILLED NURSING NEEDS: • PEG tube feeding and medication administration. • Post-tracheostomy wound care. • Surgical wound assessment and dressing changes. • Oral care. • Pain assessment and monitoring. • Vital signs monitoring. • Intake and output monitoring. • Ongoing assessment and communication with physician as needed. • Patient and family education.
