This role ensures safe and efficient patient care by coordinating case flow, managing instrumentation and supplies, and supporting staff education. The coordinator works closely with surgeons, anesthesia, sterile processing, and vendors to optimize scheduling, reduce delays, and uphold quality and safety standards.
