Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) at Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living, a beautiful 108-acre continuing care retirement community located in Hingham, Massachusetts. As a pivotal member of our healthcare team, the RN plays a crucial role in promoting, restoring, and maintaining the health and well-being of our residents. Collaborate with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates to deliver exceptional physical and psychosocial support to residents and their families. Sign On Bonus: $5,000 for 32 to 40 hours per week $2,500 for 16 to 24 hours per week Compensation: $46-$55 hourly, plus applicable shift differentials. Your Impact: • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families through a consistent caregiver approach, addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. • Perform clinical duties in compliance with state nurse practice acts and nursing standards. • Encourage resident independence by setting care goals and educating residents and families about conditions, medications, and self-care. • Monitor clinical and care conditions to identify changes in status, ensuring patient comfort and safety. • Assist care associates in delivering routine nursing care to assigned residents. • Maintain infection prevention practices, administer medications, and complete treatments as prescribed. • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop a comprehensive Holistic plan of care tailored to residents' needs. • Document care details accurately and promptly. • Engage in care conferences for designated residents upon request by the Clinical Manager. Requirements: • Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN. • Experience in senior care or with individuals with cognitive impairment preferred. • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications. • Familiarity with electronic medical records is an advantage. • Active RN license in the state of practice is required. • CPR certification is mandatory.
