What You'll Do: • Provide compassionate care during patient visits, addressing chief complaints, obtaining vital signs, completing health history, and documenting in the EMR system. • Conduct phone triage to assess patient needs and coordinate follow-up care effectively. • Assist with diagnostic procedures and treatments, educate patients on procedures and medications, and perform IV starts when ordered. • Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans, coordinate referrals, and educate patients on medications and potential side effects. Qualifications: • Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing. • Valid state RN license. • Dual licensure in Washington and Oregon required within 120 days of hire for designated clinics. • If licensed in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state, additional requirements for obtaining Washington RN license apply. • BCLS certification within 90 days of hire, with ACLS & PALS preferred. Skills: • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred at a high proficiency level. • Preferred training in Early Periodic Screening & Development Testing and Women's Health Exams. • Strong knowledge of professional nursing concepts, medication management, and patient care. • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills. • Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment. • Skilled in professional interaction with patients, families, and colleagues. • Adept at assessing and addressing diverse patient needs across all age groups. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and EMR systems.
