We are seeking a dedicated RN to join our exceptional team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. In this role, you will provide compassionate care to our residents, including administering and documenting medications, assisting with admissions and discharges, and communicating vital health information to both physicians and family members.

Shift: Part-time and PRN; availability every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medication to residents
• Respond promptly to resident emergency calls
• Ensure residents receive care according to established guidelines
• Follow up on concerns reported by support staff
What We Need From You:
• Active RN License in Illinois required
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and customer service
• Excellent organizational skills
