Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $32.01 - $49.62 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.
Summary:
As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional direct patient care in a medical/physician office setting, utilizing your nursing skills in line with the organization's values and goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to enhance outcomes and effectively utilize resources.
• Monitor, document, and share patient conditions, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, including transfers, discharges, and support services.
• Assess educational needs of patients and families, providing tailored education that reflects their age, condition, and cultural backgrounds.
• Delegate patient care effectively to support staff, and mentor new nurses and students when needed.
• Exercise critical thinking and decisive judgment with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program, with a minimum of 6 months nursing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, valid before the start date and for at least sixty days post-hire.
