GENERAL NATURE OF JOB DUTIES Bridge Health is seeking an RN to join our Behavioral Health Team. This individual will provide professional care of individuals affected by mental health disorders using the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. RN will also develop treatment plans, safety plans, complete Behavioral Health Assessments, Nursing Assessments, plan for and/or carry out preventative and healthcare maintenance activities, educate individuals, families, and caregivers regarding diagnoses and medications. RN will monitor care, revise healthcare plans/treatment plans as needed, thoroughly document care in ECR. RN may be responsible for direct supervision of LPN. This will be a full-time position with primary work hours being Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. but flexibility of schedule is preferred. Position will be eligible for Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off Accruals, and other benefits! MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be an RN in good standing and at least 21 years of age with three years of good driving history Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Behavioral HealthCare.
